The schedule for Milan Fashion Week was announced today. It lists who shows, where, when and how. In an ever-changing world dictated by Covid, the fashion industry continues to adapt and innovate to showcase collections, designers and new talent. This season will be no exception. Milan Fashion Week will see a host of designers showcasing their work with IRL shows and/or with concept presentations, such as cinematic fashion reports as seen with previous seasons.

The most successful fashion films in these uncertain times have come from the creative minds of Jeremy Scott at Moschino, John Galliano at Maison Margiela and of course Casey Cadwallader at Mugler. These designers have truly pushed the boundaries of fashion and film, using this medium to showcase their ideas and tell us a story. As we stan these visionary films, we have to admit that there’s nothing quite like the palpable thrill and excitement of an actual spectacle. We can’t wait to see what Milan has to offer.

The first day of MFW kicks off with fashion shows from Alberta Ferretti, Diesel and Fendi. All eyes will be on creative director Kim Jones as he presents his latest vision for Fendi, following a series of well-received and praised collections.
Prada, MM6 Maison Margiela and Moschino will parade the next day. Next, Gucci and Versace will present the IRL collections on Friday, each showing a highly anticipated event of the season. The week will close with digital shows from independent designers.

Milan Fashion Week runs from February 22-28. View the full program here.
